Meet the Builder - Lanco Development
 Hi, I'm Curt Langille, President of Lanco Development L.L.C. We have reason for celebration in 2006. Not only is it the 30th anniversary of Lanco Development, but in the summer of 2006, we have added to our inventory of premier golf course and wooded homesites to include delivery of golf villas within the Geneva National community.
I, along with my father, Ki, first began building in Geneva National in the early 90's. Being an avid golfer, I have specialized in building award-winning homes in golf course communities, and found myself wanting to return to beautiful Geneva National about a year and a half ago.
Since my return, I have found myself enjoying the community so much that I've purchased property in the Lake Geneva Business Park , where I am beginning construction on a new office building.
